Our professional project managers make sure that all the relevant checks and permissions are done, that the correct contracts are in place and most importantly that you are not overpaying for goods or services. The project manager will conduct a series of pre-commencement checks and ensure that all of the quotes you have been given are accurate. They will ensure that you have a reasonable contract and payment schedule. They will ensure that a party wall agreement is in place (if necessary) and that the site is compliant with all health and safety standards.

Packages
Our Basic Project Management package is a good choice if you’ve managed a build before but you’d like an expert to make sure everything is set up and ready to go.

Pre-commencement works:
- Tendering of the project
- Checking over builder’s tenders to ensure the client has the right quote.
- Introductory call with PM regarding next steps and the building stage
- Issue a hard copy or drawings and a PDF of SOW to the builder
- The client will receive a draft RIBA or JCT Domestic Works Contract to complete with their builder
- Health and safety compliance
Our mid-Level Project Management package is a good choice if you know what you are doing in general, but you need an expert to handle certain points.

Pre-commencement works:
- Tendering of the project
- Brief check over builder’s tenders to ensure the client has the right quote.
- Introductory call with PM regarding next steps and the building stage
- Document check
- Issue a hard copy of drawings and a PDF of SOW to the builder
- Stage payment terms negotiated
- Programme of works created
- The client will receive a draft RIBA or JCT Domestic Works Contract to complete with their builder
- Health and safety compliance
- Highlight delays and cost changes
On-site works:
- Full site report and pictures after each visit
- PM will conduct a final inspection and handover
Our Full Project Management package is a great choice if you have never managed a build and need someone to take the reins entirely.

Pre-commencement works:
- Tendering of the project
- Bill of quantities (allows client to predict build cost)
- In-depth checking over builders tenders to ensure the client has the right quote, using the bill of quantities.
- Introductory call with PM regarding next steps and the building stage
- Document check
- Issue a hard copy of drawings and a PDF of SOW to builder
- Stage payment terms negotiated
- Weekly invoicing managed by PM between client and contractor
- Programme of works created
- PM will manage and execute the RIBA or JCT Domestic Works Contract to complete with the chosen builder
- Health and safety compliance
- Highlight delays and cost changes
On-site works:
- Full site report and pictures after each visit
- Invoice management for payment stages
- PM will conduct a final inspection and handover
