Our professional project managers make sure that all the relevant checks and permissions are done, that the correct contracts are in place and most importantly that you are not overpaying for goods or services. The project manager will conduct a series of pre-commencement checks and ensure that all of the quotes you have been given are accurate. They will ensure that you have a reasonable contract and payment schedule. They will ensure that a party wall agreement is in place (if necessary) and that the site is compliant with all health and safety standards.

Packages
Our Basic Project Management package is a good choice if you’ve managed a build before but you’d like an expert to make sure everything is set up and ready to go.

Pre-commencement works:
- Tendering of the project
- 1-hour introductory call with project manager regarding next steps and the building stage
- Issue a hard copy and PDF of drawings/ scope of work* to the builder
- The client will receive a copy of a draft RIBA or JCT Domestic Works Contract to complete with their builder
- Project manager will ensure health and safety compliance with the builder
*if applicable
Our mid-Level Project Management package is a good choice if you know what you are doing in general, but you need an expert to handle certain points.

Pre-commencement works:
- Tendering of the project
- 1-hour introductory call with project manager regarding next steps and the building stage
- Issue a hard copy and PDF of drawings/ scope of work* to the builder
- Stage payment terms negotiated with the builder
- Programme of works negotiated with the builder
- Project manager will execute the RIBA or JCT Domestic Works Contract with the chosen builder
- Project manager will ensure health and safety compliance with the builder
- Project manager will highlight delays within the build to the client
On-site works:
- Full site report and pictures after each visit
- PM will conduct a final inspection and handover
Our Full Project Management package is a great choice if you have never managed a build and need someone to take the reins entirely.

Pre-commencement works:
- Tendering of the project
- A bill of quantities is provided (allows client to predict build cost)
- Appraising of the builder’s tenders
- 1-hour introductory call with project manager regarding next steps and the building stage
- Issue a hard copy and PDF of drawings/ scope of work* to the builder
- Stage payment terms negotiated with the builder
- Programme of works negotiated with the builder
- Project manager will execute the RIBA or JCT Domestic Works Contract with the chosen builder
- Project manager will ensure health and safety compliance with the builder
- Project manager will highlight delays within the build to the client
On-site works:
- Full site report and pictures after each visit
- PM will conduct a final inspection and handover

Extras
– A negotiating document for you or your PM and the builder when tendering, provides a fair and accurate system for tendering.
– Provides a schedule of rates on labour, building materials, and any other costs related to the builder for your project’s design.
We work with your builder to find jobs you can attend, that they have completed and conduct background checks.
We can take a look over your tenders and make negotiations with the builders on pricing and if they are missing any vital parts of your tender from the quote.

A highly experienced Project Manager with a BSc. and BEng. in Civil Engineering. Muhanad has worked for many years within luxury residential, commercial and industrial projects. His areas of expertise are within project handling and management from the proposal stage to handing over of the project. This includes verifying design, scope of work, specifications, work programmes and selection. Muhanad has proven knowledge of negotiating and finalising projects to a high standard.

Rutendo Nhari
A competent and committed Project Manager that gets the best out of people and projects. In addition to construction, Rutendo has worked in industries as diverse as healthcare media, events and media managing construction projects. Rutendo has experience in keeping projects and programs on schedule with scope and budget. Experience in aligning projects with business goals, manage teams, achieve milestones and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience. Rutendo holds a BSC Honours degree in Project Construction Management and Surveying and is currently a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
